Launch GTA CE Atleast once before doing any of these steps. Step 1: Go to lcpdfr.com and go to downloads. Step 2; Then click GTA 4 mods and go to LCPDFR. Step 3: Download LCPDFR 1.1 manual install. Step 4: Download GTA CE Compadibility fix off of lcpdfr.com. Step 5: Download WinRAR or WinZIP > Walk straight ahead into the door marked “LCPD” to officially report to duty as a policeman. 10. Follow the on-screen prompts to select the type of policeman you want to be. 11. Leave the conference room, and enter the first door on your left. 12. Select your partner, and pick up health packs and armor, if desired. 13.
